Jim is a former County and Circuit Court Judge with 30yrs judicial experience with 24 of those years presiding over general civil cases.

EDUCATION
Jim graduated from the University of Tampa with a major in Economics and a minor in Business. Jim received his JD degree at the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION
MEDIATION/ARBITRATION RATES: $500 per hour for two parties or $200 per party per hour in multiple party matters.

There is a two (2) hour minimum for half day mediation/arbitration and four (4) hour minimum for all day.

ZOOM OR LOCATION: Mediations/Arbitrations may be booked by ZOOM, or a location of your choosing.

PAYMENT: Payment is expected within fifteen (15) days of the mediation with the exception of pro se litigants who must be prepared to pay in full at the time of mediation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If the mediation is cancelled less than seven (7) days before the date of the scheduled conference, a minimum of one (1) hour fee will be charged for a half day mediation and two (2) hours for a full day mediation.
