Jim graduated from the University of Tampa with a major in Economics and a minor in Business. Jim received his JD degree at the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.<\/p>\n

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION<\/strong>\n
MEDIATION\/ARBITRATION RATES:<\/i> $500 per hour for two parties or $200 per party per hour in multiple party matters.<\/p>\n

There is a two (2) hour minimum for half day mediation\/arbitration and four (4) hour minimum for all day.<\/em><\/p>\n

ZOOM OR LOCATION:<\/em> Mediations\/Arbitrations may be booked by ZOOM, or a location of your choosing.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT:<\/em> Payment is expected within fifteen (15) days of the mediation with the exception of pro se litigants who must be prepared to pay in full at the time of mediation.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY:<\/em> If the mediation is cancelled less than seven (7) days before the date of the scheduled conference, a minimum of one (1) hour fee will be charged for a half day mediation and two (2) hours for a full day mediation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
